SatisfiedCustomer The new facilities at Allen Wood Road are wonderful. The automatic garage doors were a terrific surprise, along with the polite greeters when I pulled in to the garage. From there, a short walk to the desk to sign in with Chris and off to the luxurious waiting room which features very comfortable chairs, tables, television, coffee and wifi. Service appointment Had my car in for 10,000 mile service and oil change. Facility was well lit and secure for night box key drop. It was a particularly nasty day weather wise so I was happy to pick my car up in a covered garage with heat and well lit. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
What a beautiful new building! Amazing! I drove right into the spotless garage and someone came right away to give me the paperwork I needed. From there I was brought into a beautiful large waiting area where I waited for my car. If you wanted to watch tv you could do that or if you preferred to read or do computer work there is a quiet area!! On top of that there is a refreshment area and a private room with toys for moms with children. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend this dealer.
