Great Experience This is the first time I have visited the Toyota Service Center even though I live right in their back yard. I was some how stuck to another dealership. This place is awesome and the people are wonderful. Excellent customer service!! The waiting lounge is one of the best I have seen.

Amazing Customer Service My wife and I had an excellent experience with buying our new car from Conicelli Toyota, and especially Salesperson, Erik Stiteler. Erik was well educated about all of the vehicles that they had to offer and made the purchasing process a breeze. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership, and Erik if you are in the market for a new Toyota!

Satisfied new car purchase We traded in a Camry 2002 with 100,000 miles in excellent shape for a new Camry 2014. The sales representative Mr. Robert Gillespie was great. He provided excellent guidance and information for us to make an informed decision.. In addition to being very informative Mr. Gillespie was professional and had a pleasant matter. He obtained for us a good price for our trade-in.

The worse Service I ever had with this location I was sorely disappointed with the customer service department at Conicelli -Toyota in Conshohocken . I will not be returning to that location. I felt intimidated, uneducated, they treated me, unprofessionally. I was made the victim of a cruel and tasteless joke because of low odometer mileage (suggesting maybe my problem was I couldn't get a dated so I stayed at home. Outstanding! My daughter, who will be graduating college in a few weeks, was experiencing difficulty obtaining a car loan, and desperately in need of a new car. Many dealers advertise promotions for recent college graduates but don't be fooled, it doesn't work quite as advertised. A google search returned a link to Conicelli in Conshohocken, PA and my call was answered by Niima. Fantastic experience at Conicelli Toyota My wife and I worked with Emile Caldwell. He was extremely kind and honest. He took the time to listen to what was important to us. He was very patient as we tried both the Rav4 and Honda CRV. Emile always knew his stuff and never skipped a beat when we had a question. He also made a genuine effort to work with us on the price of the car. I would recommend Emile to anyone looking for a Toyota or Honda. Our experience with Emile was top notch.

Excellent Service (as usual) Bob Calhoun is the ultimate professional. He always explains what needs to be done, the cost and how long it will take to complete the work. He also explains any future recommended service. He's efficient, polite and always on top of his game. Give him a raise! This was my first visit to the new Service Center. It's nice and very comfortable but the Service Center's value comes from people like Bob Calhoun. Give him a raise!

Service visit The new drive through entry is great. Bob Calhoun, who was my service rep, was, as he has been before, exceptionally competent and very friendly and helpful. I used the shuttle to return to work while the service and a recall was done, and then returned via the shuttle. The entire experience was hassle-free and pleasant.
