NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE FEEDBACK AFTER SIGNING FOR CAR I felt like I was pushed thru a production line without time to think at all - at the signing I wanted to back out and the financial guy re-talked me into signing. They had me drive the car just around the parking lot - less than five minutes and at that time it did feel okay. Never thought I would lease! I went to Conicelli with an exact vehicle, trim and options in mind and not a lot of wiggle room. Made lease issues easy and accommodating. Jacob was extremely friendly and accommodating in listening to the concerns of my lease and giving me options for a new lease. Never felt pressured to make any decisions or backed into a corner. Listened to my up front stipulations and worked around the key points.

Great Car Buying Experience I just leased a 2014 RAV4 LE at Conicelli and had a great experience. John Campo was the sales agent who assisted me and I couldn't of been happier with his service, personability and overall knowledge of the car. Best Dealer I didn't buy from. My daughter and I were shopping for a Prius. Jacob Dank was extremely helpful, very professional, and extremely patient with us. AMAZING Mr.Ricks is an amazing person. I can't really say salesman because he didn't seem like a salesman. More like a friend. He treated me with the utmost respect and went above and beyond to make sure me and my children had a car. He is a very honest man.
