Took my daughter to Coni and Franc to get a flower girl dress. It took them almost 3 months to get this dress in... They took her measurements and clearly she was a size 4. They put a note on the paper saying she may have a growth spurt and ordered her a size 6!! I mean a growth spurt means the will get taller not freaking blow up like a balloon..Took the dress else where to have it fixed. The people who work at Coni and Franc are incompetent!!! I had a wonderful experience shopping for and finding my wedding dress here! I found my dress only three weeks after getting engaged, with my wedding still a year and a half away. My consultant, Mikayla (who is no longer there), was so helpful and made the experience so fun! I bought my beautiful Jasmine dress off the rack and brought it back for alterations this spring. The staff is super helpful and sweet! We got all of the bridesmaids' dresses there and they've had no problem working with each of my girls, even when we needed to change part of the order. Great experience & thank you for making it so easy for us!
You all are wonderful! Such special care and attention is given to every detail and you have a way of putting the customer at ease! If you are fortunate enough to stop in ask for Promise! She is Amazing.
This place is wonderful. I purchased my wedding dress here and my flower girl's dress as well. I can't speak highly enough of all the ladies at the shop, and I especially loved working with Promise. She made me feel so comfortable and always took away any anxiety I was feeling as the wedding approached. My husband took his daughter (our flower girl) to her fitting and he too raved about how nice and accommodating Promise was.
