I had a tour scheduled for here and after how the tour went I definitely would not rent. The individual we had as a tour guide only came out to meet us after we called multiple times, instead of meeting us directly where the tour was meant to be, on time. There is 0 signage indicating where the leasing office is, therefore meaning we could not locate where to meet them if we even had the chance. I went to go tour an apartment here and it was NOTHING like the pictures. Let me clarify I wanted to tour one of their other properties but they stated I was meeting at a different location, which happened to be that building on Erringer Place. The apartment shown to me was very old. The floor leading into the bathroom was lifted and chipped where you could have easily injured yourself. Never had a problem with living here it’s what you make it and the energy you bring. Management easy to contact and returns calls! Nice neighborhood and park not to far
