The receptionist is rude. Hung up on my son with autism because he missed an appointment. The medical cab neglected to get him a ride to his appointment.
Dr. Congdon and his staff have been very engaging, always making me feel comfortable. While I appreciate that, what I like most is his attention to detail and the quality of his work.
The receptionist, Dr. Congdon, and the dental hygienist were all very friendly. Chelsey, the hygienist, was extremely nice and did a great job making my smile sparkle again.
Dr. Congdon not only squeezed me in on short notice, as a brand new patient, but he did an excellent job painlessly removing two of my wisdom teeth. This really could not have gone any better. They were both out in just a couple minutes and I did not feel a thing! The whole team was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend them if you are in need of dental services.
Transferred here from another office and found the experience to be very refreshing. The staff is friendly and curteous,very efficient and timely. The change over couldn't have gone better for the whole family.
Terrible customer service , was absolutely rude to myself and my children. Wouldn't send my dog to get dental care here. Why people go into the caring healthcare profession only to have people leaving feeling disrespected is beyond me. Good riddance Dr. Congdon!
Dr. Congdons was easily the best dentist I've ever had. My procedure was quick, painless, and informative I feel lucky to have had such an experienced, informative dentist. I have now made him my permanent family dentist. I appreciate the care and passion he has for his work, and patience, its a rare quality in today's world. my family and I I will be returning to him for years to come. Thank you doctor Congdons
Horrible experience. First time I went I had to get a tooth fixed. Waited a while finally the Dentist came in checked my tooth and walked out of the room. Did not tell me anything. Finally 20 minutes later the assistant walked in and told me he would have to work on it another day. They made that appointment for me! Today I came in for 3 fillings. I walked in found out the appointment they made for me a week ago they never put in the computer. It was on my file but not in the computer. Which is
