RecommendedI thought my cleaner pump was having issues, so I asked them to take a look. Turns out it was a problem with the cleaner, and not the pump. The technician offered me a low cost option for fixing the problem and didn’t even charge a service fee. This was my second time using their services and I will absolutely use them again the next time.
Confident Pools did our startup and pool school after our pool was finished and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me the process of taking care of my pool. Michael did an awesome job getting our pool ready to swim in! He went above and beyond his job by cleaning our waterline tiles on his own to make sure it was ready to go for our first available swim! My parents own a home in Dickinson that despite being on 10 foot pilings, nearly flooded during Harvey. Of course everything on the ground including the pool did flood. To tell the truth it was neglected even before the hurricane. The fact is, it was a swamp, you must see the photos to appreciate the miracle they worked on this pool. They worked with our pool company Waterpointe Pools and did our two week start up. We were so impressed with the tech Christian, that we kept them on as our regular maintenance company.
