UPDATE: I made a review about our purchase from Confidence Ford in Norman around August 2023. I did receive a text from Mr. Rendino with an apology and he stated “this is not how we do business and I am so sorry that you had to go through all that”. Mr Rendino said he would call me the next week. I did receive a couple of calls from unknown numbers so I did not answer and no message was left. If I had an upset customer with a bad experience I would try to correct the issue not just assume it’s all good the customer is gone.... read more
