If you're going here for labs, make sure you register first even if you have papers from your doctor. We sat for 3 hours total to get blood work. The staff is kind and understanding, but it was still really slow and everyone in the waiting room was upset. Their system doesn't make much sense. We really enjoyed seeing Dr. Flick and the medical student there. The staff and nurse in his office were all great as well. Seriously just find another practice… this place is unorganized, the doctors rotate out constantly, there’s no consistency and the lady at check-in needs to retire. She can’t work a computer and forget about multi-tasking.
I LOVE THE DOCTORSAND EVERYONE THERE ARE ALWAYS SO KIND . I HIGHLY recommend this place.
