Dr. Guirand and Brittany Walker are wonderful to work with. The reception....hit or miss. Took me 3 months to get and appointment and when I showed up, they stated I didn't have an authorization from the VA. As I have been working with the above mentioned for years, this has happened before. When it happened before the receptionist called over to the VA and got the authorization so I could attend my appointment.
