Went for visit due to degenerative disc disease and also nerve is smashed between my L6L5, which required surgery 2 yrs ago it reinjured. I had surgery for my lower back in 2024, and after surgery was over I was on meds for a few weeks, then nothing. I guess it my fault for being honest by telling Dr Brittany Walker that I used an illegal drug a few times about 45 years ago because now she throws it in my face every single time I see her which also includes insults about laziness, posture and weight. She refused to address pain without testing but refued to send me for test! I've lost 80lbs since I moved her 3 years ago and I didn't lose it by being lazy or by using illegal drugs. Dr. Guirand and Brittany Walker are wonderful to work with. The reception....hit or miss. Took me 3 months to get and appointment and when I showed up, they stated I didn't have an authorization from the VA. As I have been working with the above mentioned for years, this has happened before. When it happened before the receptionist called over to the VA and got the authorization so I could attend my appointment.
