I've been waiting for a prescription authorization to be sent from this office to my insurance provider since 10/22, after my daughter's initial appointment on 10/9. It's now 11/13. If you actually want help with your debilitating migraines, I'd seek help elsewhere. Oh, but you best believe they'll bill you faster than your you can blink. Just saw Dr Lanciano and he's the first one in 2yrs to actually give me some answers! I was very happy with my visit and the staff was great.
Dr Bhagat is the BEST very knowledgeable. He took my son's records and read them all. Then he sat us down and spoke in simple language what we were dealing with. We been all over big hospitals and clinics and no one took the time to review his history and explain everything to us the way he did.
I was referred to Dr Mikki Sapkota for my migraines, vertigo, and cognitive issues which are a result of a TBI. She was very dismissive and told me I needed to see a neurologist about my vertigo and cognitive issues. She also told me that I have had migraines for too long for her to help me and that I need to see a migraine specialist. I asked her what kind of doctor would that be and she told me a neurologist!!!!!
