Yeah this place needs some work
They have poor service and they don't care about anyone and the issues they come to them for. They throw them to the side like garbage. I highly don't recommend anyone going to them.
Not patient friendly. Dr. appeared disinterested in listening to symptoms. Misinterpreted results of colonoscopy, saying minimal Ulcerative Colitis of localized area when it was actually moderate to severe Pancoltis. Ineffective treatment. Associate was rude when asked to clarify an issue. Would advise anyone to find Dr elsewhere.
The doctor, as well as the office staff, were absolutely wonderful. The waiting area was clean and quiet. When I arrived at my appointment, my wait time to be seen was under 5 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this practice for your GI care.
