Melissa grove in lab not only incidentally yanked needle out of my arm when taking blood, requiring a re stick, But did not draw all labs that were on my order form. These were time sensitive labs for medication. I had to make arrangements to get another draw and it delayed my medication. If I was this incompetent, I wouldn’t have a job.

Labs are always in and out very quickly and every staff person I have ever dealt with is amazingly kind! The portal is awesome and easy to use as well.

I feel that a physical therapist does have influence when speaking with a doctor and if the doctor is an intern and not listening to the patients complaints that a physical therapist can listen and communicate with the doctor that an MRI may be needed for medical concerns and more physical therapy. My review is for the amazing lady who works in the coffee/bakery/deli shop on the first floor. Because I use a walker and are unable to carry anything I asked if she would carry my coffee and sweet roll to the table. She did but then went over and beyond that !!! Unfortunately I didn't get her name but please give her a shout out!!
