Waiting 19 days for X-ray results is beyond unacceptable. They had no issue taking full payment for this, but when it came to delivering timely results, they absolutely failed. If their radiology department is this dysfunctional, patients deserve to know so they can go somewhere more competent. Blaming “staffing issues” doesn’t excuse anything—it just exposes how poorly this hospital system is managed from the top down. This kind of thing shows a shocking disregard for patient well-being.
Super slow and takes forever it took 3 hours to get an MRI done and their was no one even there
Waited 3 days for xray results and still do not have them. Meanwhile, my child’s wrist is in serious pain and immobile. It would be great to know the exact diagnosis so treatment could be started.
Took my granddaughter 4 days ago. Still never got the readings of The X-ray. She's still in Pain, it doesn't take that long for X ray my God. I will never go back this place again.
