We recently changed our flooring in our home to engineered hardwood floors. Conejo Hardwoods and Stone provided great service and stocked a wide variety of hardwood floors to select from. Our sales representative, Dave Henderson was hands-on and very knowledgeable about the products. Bad Experience – We contracted with this company to install granite countertops and travertine flooring in our kitchen. They subcontracted out the installation of the materials that we purchased at their store. Seven years after the work was completed, the granite cracked by the sink. I contacted the manager, Roth twice and he would not take responsibility for it or try to work with us. I showed him pictures of the cracked granite and the invoice from them.
