Going out of business sale seems they hiked prices before reducing them!

Beautiful jewelery.
Left a family heirloom with them to get repaired, when I came to pick it up they tried to pawn a different inferior chain on me. Took weeks for them to finally settle with me on a replacement, also inferior quality but what do you do since it was obviously lost or stolen. Took me through an emotional roller-coaster. Management kept giving me the same story for weeks. Needless to say they are going out if business...hmmm go figure.
