After several mistakes and errors in billing and the last one being outright deceit my wife and three daughters decided to leave there for Novant. To cheat a family during a pandemic that has been loyal patients there for years is incomprehensible.
I called in for help with an issue from a previous visit and was treated rudely. I called back to speak with the office manager after the receptionist hung up on me. I told her I was treated rudely and her response was, "Well what do you want me to do about it." I don't feel well and was looking for help. I highly advise you get more professional office staff.
went for a urine test for a new job and have been waiting for 90 minutes .will never use this organization if I can help it .

My regular doctor is here and if I cant get in I even go their urgent care. I always have great care here.
They are the best when taking labs. I barely felt it and they open at 7:00 am. Very convenient. Very nice professional and polite and make you feel at ease. I was in High Point, not Kernersville.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there
