Abysmal service. Neighborhood consensus is they are unresponsive. They don't return phone calls. They do not reply to most emails even when it is about a needed repair. It may take years before they make needed repairs. Property manager is rude, aggressive, unprofessional. Property manager doesn't care if the Board isn't following the state RCWs. It's awful and hard to tolerate. The Board and Property manager should all be fired immediately.
No communication or follow up with community neighbors. Charged an absurd amount of HOA fees monthly but you can't even get them to do anything especially about neighborhood lights and noise disturbance
I wouldn’t keep this management company not even for free. It’s hard to justify our community paying premium fees for a level of service or better put disservice like this, it’s so inconsistent and underwhelming. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Unless you like paying premium fees and getting the worst service ever!!!!!!!
The worst management company. Never answer the phone. Operator never answers the phones. They don’t call back after you leave them voicemails. And the manage assigned to our location doesn’t even know the basics like we live in condo or townhouse. And they don’t have that info anywhere in writing. We will so be switching off this company to another one.
