Avoid as your condo management company at all costs. If you are the head of the HOA, just don't do it. Their service reps won't treat you or the other residents as human beings. They follow their own internal rules to the letter, meaning they are nothing better than an additional layer of red tape between your wonderful, loved community and absolutely anything at all getting done.
Tomas does not tell homeowners why their water damage isn’t being fixed and corporation covers for shady slumlord. Highly recommended hiring legal counsel when dealing with them
Do not use this company for property management. Their customer service agents can't properly transcribe phone messages to report issues with contractors it's easier to replace them with AI chat bots considering quality would be equal. After 15+ years of being ignored for building maintenance negligence by both this company and the HOA, finally in 2023 they decided to replace our building's doors, paint the building, and update our addresses so that they are visible. All I have seen from this management company is deflection, delay, and dismissiveness. Not cut out for solving any building issues. To anyone considering CAC, would be happy to provide a negative reference with more details, reply or message me.
Our insurance premiums skyrocketed under their management. Now we have to pay an additional 20-25% each month on top of their management fees. Avoid.
