I've owned many properties over the years and was impressed with Condo Joe's effective and informative direct mail marketing program. Twice a year, every year, he sends out postcards with a simple graph showing the ups and downs of square foot sale prices in a specific condo project. Joe helped me through a difficult sale that took over a year to get through, and the whole time he was supportive and responsive even though he was threatened by lawyers and yelled at. Did an amazing job with the photos ( + drone photos ), staging, advice etc. Would definitely use again!
