I purchased their $250 service plan but had not had my first maintenance visit when something went wrong. They came out to repair the AC and found it needed a new capacitor. Ironically, I just had one of these replaced at another location and it's only a $15 part and the technician was only there for about 30 minutes. The bill they sent was for $487.15 which they said included a discount for being a maintenance plan customer. When I asked why this was so high, they provided no real explanation. Jacob came out to service our AC on short notice. I called this morning and was fortunate enough to be assigned a technician who lived out this way (Babcock Ranch, FL). He walked in and diagnosed the problem quickly and took action to resolve the problem as well as prevent it from recurring.

I had two estimates to replace my ac. Conditioned Air had a very professional presentation and a small laptop to print the estimate of several pages. The other company hand wrote an estimate on one page. And Conditioned Air estimate was less. Dave, the estimator, was excellent. He responded to all my emails at all times of the day. I joked to my friends that he was my new best friend! There was no contest. His professionalism and the service I received after was excellent.
