I have no idea how Condino HVAC only has 3 reviews here - they are tremendous! Rocky, the owner/founder, knows what he's doing with old Philadelphia homes, and is a master at coaxing out their potential. He steered me away from expensive items that would not help my home, and steered me towards ones that were cheap and would help my home. He put in a completely new Lennox central HVAC system for less that others would install lower-end brands. I've used Rocky on 2 different Philly row homes. They installed a high efficiency Lennox furnace and central AC for both jobs. Also removed the old oil tank and line. The 2nd job added ductwork to a house that never had it, airflow was balanced nicely with duct size, the upstairs was within 1-2 degrees of the downstairs temp on the hottest days this summer. Assisted with the PGW rebate application
Did a horrible job, on a 2 unit HVAC unit. After 3-4 months of install, I ran into serious issues with my unit and they never came back to fix the issues. Horrible service. I would NOT recommend using this company.
They were used by the sellers agent when we purchased our home to fix the broken HVAC. Apparently, they did a shoddy get-it-ready for inspection job that I ended up having to shell out thousands within a few years. This was confirmed by the new installer. Facts: They threw an old R22 coil into an older case and installed it right over the oil furnace with no transition.
