We recently used Condino HVAC for a new HVAC unit installation at one of our rental properties, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Negligent: Anthony installed two units in our home and forgot to place the filter in one. He came in months later to replace it and told us the filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced. We found it odd and asked him several times to confirm. When we had trouble with the units he blamed the hot weather. He never came in to look at the units. Different story for our white neighbors. They got top tier service. Anthony is NOT trustworthy.
Called on a Sunday with no heat and they still took the time to help me out over the phone (even FaceTimed). Walked me through a few things and we were able to fix it right then and there. They easily could’ve sent someone out and charged me, but they didn’t. Really appreciate the honesty. Definitely will be using them again in the future.
Called Condino Heating & Air Conditioning for a heating/AC issue and couldn’t be happier. They were prompt, courteous, and very thorough. The technician explained the problem in simple terms, provided options, and completed the repair efficiently. I’ll absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Matt, Dan, and Josh installed a whole new heater for us in one day! Condino and its team really helped my family out in a pinch, getting the job done right. Great rates and outstanding service is a rare commodity that can be found at Condino.
