This was my first long distance car purchase. Given the potential difficulties I was amazed at how easy the folks at Concourse Motors made the process. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them. Sales person Gonzalo was very helpful and really quite willing to answer any question I had openly and honestly. Price negotiations went smoothly, fairly and without pressure. The company assisted competently with finance and fantastic shipping! What more can I say - it was a 5 star experience.
Very friendly staff, customer service is apparently a top priority. I was knowledgeable on the vehicle I wanted and my target price and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted. It's been a few days since we purchased the "new to us" vehicle.
