Great customer service experience. While working with JD Lopez was like working with someone that has your back. I was able to go from an online experience to walking out the door an extremely happy person. I must speak on the impeccable finance manager Ruben, as he listened and executed. I purchased my dream car from Concourse last week. All the staff were very friendly and professional, especially Gonzalo. I was very pleased with the financing they got for me, the interest rate was better than even my own federal credit union offered! i had a great experience. as a first time buyer i wasnt sure what to expect. But i was put in a no pressure atmosphere per say and they were able to put me in great car with a great price and a great monthly payment before you go anywhere else come here first
