I found this facility on a recent trip to Tampa and fell in love with it. The entire facility is amazing. I took a tennis clinic with Jose, which was great. I made an appointment for a massage and had the best massage I've ever experienced with Cindy Bonnett! Cindy is intuitive, listening to your body and knowing exactly where your body needs attention. I wish she lived and worked in NY. When I get back to Tampa, I will be spending some time at the Harbour Island Athletic Club and Spa.

Great club and the new one is going to be spectacular!!
I have been a member since the club opened in 2008. The last straw, pilates in the dark. I have never heard of an active class being taught in complete darkness, it's hazardous for those who do not have night vision. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet for someone tripping and falling over the equipment in that room. It's extremely frustrating when people waltz into class 15 minutes after it has started, interrupt the class and the instructor doesn't turn them away. This review is directed towards Caitlin McGowan, Sales Manager. Was working with Tyler for weeks trying to get my membership canceled while being across the country due to work relocation and could not get anywhere. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, he said that I could get in touch with his boss, Caitlin. Left numerous messages with the front desk, voicemails and emails with no response.
