Nice facility, not too crowded, plenty of space.

The facilities are wonderful, the customer service is usually amazing. The indoor and outdoor pool are both saline and the equipment is really nice. Nice hot tub and both wet and dry sauna in the ladies room.
I was there to watch the Intermountain District tennis championships. Your facility is not compliant with ADA policies. After climbing up and down two flights of stairs the first day, asking 3 employees and being told that that was the only access to the outdoor tennis courts, I found out that there is access to the lower level through what appears to be a delivery door. The entry are I had to use was filthy.
I miss this facility. My current gym at Glenlake can learn a lot from Concourse.
The gym is at a great location and has a beautiful pool. The management does renovations where needed and the reception is mostly kind and welcoming. It would have been great if the valued members were updated personally by email or text for any works that may disrupt the workouts instead of having to checkout the website page every day before they go to the gym.

Pretty upsetting the promotions promised for bringing in friends to sign up were never honored. Further was pretty disgusted as to how the issue was handled when ending my membership. The resolution offered was to have a food credit for a gym I was no longer going to go to. I was told that it was my fault for not following up on my credit and that they shouldn't be responsible for their own housekeeping. Will never again join their clubs which for less money you can find gyms with just as much equipment and offerings.
RecommendedLove the saltwater pool, the classes, the upscale professional members .. BUT STOP LETTING HOTELS GUESTS IN! If you insist on maintaining this relationship, give them instructions on proper etiquette, like taking a shower before getting in the pool or a hot tub!!! And that means the hair too!! Yuk.
