I would give NO stars if I could - We rented a limo for my daughters wedding and they charged me $450.00 right away on my American Express and then they NEVER showed up!!!! They left the wedding party sitting in front of the church and delayed the reception for over an hour. They never answered their phones so we had to get cabs in get the bridal party to the receptions. This is the biggest mickey mouse operation I have ever dealt with. Brides beware!
The staff at Concord Wedding Center were amazing! They were so helpful and made great recommendations in finding my daughter the most beautiful and flattering dress. She felt like at princess last night for prom! Thank you all so much.
