Such a disappointing dress store. I went in today to find my dream wedding dress and the woman who take care of me (Ladonna was her name i think?) made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She then went on to make a little comment about my dress size and the small section I had to chose from - this was before I even told her what size I was. Very rude and i would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I mean making a bride feel beautiful and welcome is your number one way to keep business and sell dresses - apparently they aren... read more
My daughter put a wedding dress on lay a way here with 200 dollars down. Well finances are really tight and she will not get to have her special day. We were told after the fact she would not be able to get her money back. So we lose the 200 and they will still be able to sell that dress at full price. She was in the dress all of 15 minutes. Our layaway policy states: “All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. I ordered linens from Concord Wedding this weekend. A couple hours before my wedding event we opened them and realized they were double the size of what I ordered. The order firm was correct then order was NOT! The owner Watty came out 45 mins before the event and was unable to bring me what I ordered so he proceeded to fold them in half which caused them to not be floor length on all 4 sides as I requested.
