We love us some chad!!! He helped us the whole way through with my husband and his groomsmen dealing with payments, kids sizes, and changing suits. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and cool to be around. Other employees is also helpful and always try to help the best way they can when chad isn't around. Thank you.
I have to say that after being treated rudely at Hope's Bridal in Kannapolis, I was not looking forward to going to Concord Wedding Center to look at dresses. But from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated wonderfully. Holly, who is a treasure, went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I wanted. We came to CWC for my daughters prom dress and were very pleased with all the help! They made everything so easy, from trying on many dresses to finally choosing one. She received so many compliments on the gorgeous dress we purchased. Thank you CWC!!

I am making my point clear. Just left with two girls. Two dresses that will not be purchased here because of no help and no assistance. I counted three times an associate completely turned their back on me and only one associate even attempted to help only once. $$$$ to spend.. but NOT here after this.!!!!

Great experience from the very beginning to the end. The ladies working there were nice and welcoming. They made me feel like I was the only person in the store. The lady that helped me (Holly i think. Red hair very sweet) was amazing. She showed me where the dresses in my size were and told me that if I saw anything I wanted to try not in my size she would clip it for me. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a bride.
Absolutely the nicest people! We searched so many places that the people weren't very helpful. Everyone here was super helpful and great to work with. Our daughter was stressed at the other places she went to but not here. She was very pleased and happy with the way she was treated. We highly recommend going here. Thank you!!!
THE ABSOLUTE WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD. ANGIE REALLY TOOK HER TIME WITH ME AND MADE SURE I HAD EVERY LITTLE DETAIL SET IN STONE. SHE AND THE REST OF THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS APART OF THEIR FAMILY AND I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ALL FUTURE BRIDES TO SHOP HERE!!!! LOVE YOU ALL AT CWC!
