Lived here for over 3 years, the previous manager Elisha and Yoselin was amazing and everything was great before but unfortunately, they hired a new manager, Ashley, whom I know doesn't like and could care less about people who look like me. I was discriminated against, which I won't get into details until it is handled. In addition, the complex started becoming infested with bugs and roaches months after she got here. I'm not sure about previous reviews, but we never had any of the problems. Have been living here for more than 10 years! Yoselin is an absolute ***GEM***. Our maintenance Manager (Victor) and the maintenance crew are the same since we've moved in and are great! Their response time to repairs' requests is within 2 hrs depending on the urgency of the situation. Really disappointed after living here for years. New manager Ashely is awful she is never in the office, can never get in contact with her. The sauna hours are from 9-6 but in order to get the key you need to leave your ID . This is new policy put in place by Ashely, I followed it and one day couldn’t get my ID back because she left for the day without ever notifying me. It was still office hours. 5 stars at the time you moved in, nice, quiet etc. let's see how many stars when you try to get your deposit back. !! I had the worst experience!! If you're looking for beautiful and peaceful place to live in Reseda CA. you maybe thinking of Concord Square Apartments is the right place?
