I’ve lived in my apartment for over 10 years, and my experience with Concord Property management, LLC has been nothing short of excellent. The property is always well kept, clean, and beautifully maintained. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, the team has responded quickly and professionally. I look forward to being here a long time!
I chose this apartment because it’s 800 ft.² while some others were 450 ft.². And it has a bathtub. Every time I put in a maintenance request, Mark responds immediately and fixes whatever ineeds to be fixed. I’m about to stay here for my 3rd year. Concord Property Management used AppFolio for online rent payment and maintenance requests; but I can also call Mark directly. The property is always clean and never has garbage scattered around.
I give Concord five stars. I have rented with them for over ten years and no complaints. The office staff are always professional and very helpful. Steven the Property Manager is the best, he is a very understanding and patient. The Maintenance employees are wonderful if and when I make a Maintenance request they are always here in a timely matter and they know what they are doing. Nothing is done in a half ass way. I have been renting from Concord management for over 10 plus years I am extremely pleased with all areas of their departments their properties are very clean inside and out well kept. The maintenance department are very professional and prompt. I am gladly to be a Concord property renter I always feel safe and secure.
