I look forward to being here a long time!
I chose this apartment because it’s 800 ft.² while some others were 450 ft.². And it has a bathtub. Every time I put in a maintenance request, Mark responds immediately and fixes whatever ineeds to be fixed. I’m about to stay here for my 3rd year. Concord Property Management used AppFolio for online rent payment and maintenance requests; but I can also call Mark directly. The property is always clean and never has garbage scattered around.
