Been living in the Fort Lauderdale downtown area for 15 years. Pretty decent and quiet neighborhood. They care about their tenants.
If I could give Concord Property Management zero stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was visiting my partner and home alone with his son. I was in my night shorts and tank top when two men from Concord entered the apartment for pest control—without warning. Gotcha, I’ll finish it up: I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with Concord Property Management. First, a property manager entered my home without permission and only left after my partner screamed at them to leave. Second, despite my partner being in a serious car accident, they refused to extend our move-out date, forcing us to move under stressful circumstances. Rude, snarky & bigoted. Most of these positive reviews are fake or have been compensated for leaving a positive review. Avoid this property management company at all costs.
This property management company is top notch. They take extra care with maintenance, quick to respond. And the technicians are friendly and hard working. Great value for the location you choose. Mark was our point of contact and a delight to work with. They offer multiple locations to suit your needs. In my opinion you won't go wrong renting from Concord property management!
