Set up an appointment to have the air bag recall done on our SUV, get there and they say they don’t have the parts and need to write down the VIN to order them. We gave them the VIN when we made the appointment, and they also have it on file from previous work done on this car. Never going there again, they’ve dropped the ball too many times now.
