I worked with Sammy and would highly recommend him and the Concord Mazda dealership. We called and they matched a lower price we had been quoted from another dealership much further away. We were very happy with the service we received. Sammy was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not a high pressure salesperson. We had a great experience and the whole process took less than 3 hours which included a test drive, financing paperwork and the car detailing.
Just bought my Mazda signature CX5 in Soul Red so far love it. The salesperson I used was Javier Lopez he made this a great experience. No pressure and let me take my time. Location is the the best (go mid day or weekend) but the employee make up for that. Really nice people

Great experience at this dealer, Ivan Quezada in sales was great! No pressure to buy, He made sure I got the car I wanted and maintained a professional and positive attitude, Brianna Walk helped me get my spare key because I live an hour away, she was nothing short of fantastic to work with during that process. Best car buying experience I have had so far because of Brianna and Ivan!
