Comfortable Living with Great Amenities! The complex offers solid amenities, including a pool, fitness center. Going on my 3rd year living hear and have had no complaints. Fast included internet is a plus! Staff is friendly and responsive!

i’ve been renting with The Wooten Co at Concord Manor for almost 2 years now and my experience has been great! Maintenance is always super quick to fix anything. The apartments are super spacious and it’s relatively quiet. Pricing is pretty fair for a 2 bed as well.
I have lived in Concord Manor for one year and have been pleased with my stay. The complex is clean and seems to be well maintained. The parking lot allows for close parking and provides large parking spaces. I have experienced very minimal noise issues, which were quickly resolved. Management has been pleasant to work with and my encounters with other residents has been positive. My living quarters are clean and seem to be updated with appliances and counter tops, and flooring.
I have lived at Concord Manor for 5 years now, my apartment manager Nancy has always treated me like family, and has always tries to address any problems I may have professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and apartment to anyone.
