I called several times about a dangerous neighbor who began frequently hosting gatherings during the pandemic where attendees would consume egregious amounts of narcotics such as methamphetamine and crack cocaine. Concord management doesn't own the rental building that I live in They don't even know how to manage the building They are slum lords and should be treated the same way They have fines The elevator at 277 Gates Avenue is broken eight days now They ignore tenants rights They don't care at all A tenant is in a motorize wheel chair and can't get out without the elevator They should go broke and be shut down
