Concord Management ignores tenants concerns. When you need information the phone numbers given go unanswered. They never pick up the phones to talk directly to the tenants. They are currently on their third property manager. All three of them were terrible. I am currently fighting a eviction have been trying to contact them but they NEVER RESPOND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. CONCORD MANAGEMENT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. MOST OF THE TENANTS COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE!
In the wee hours of the morning on October 3, 2023 my carbon monoxide detector went off jarring me from my sleep. I notified management and the Super around 7 that morning. Management stated that the Super would be up to inspect the device. When he didn’t show, I knocked on his door around 5pm and he came to look at the device. Since my device is a specially designed for individuals with hearing loss he had to order a new device. I called several times about a dangerous neighbor who began frequently hosting gatherings during the pandemic where attendees would consume egregious amounts of narcotics such as methamphetamine and crack cocaine. He also houses a dog not on his lease that he does not permit to leave his house. The poor thing is constantly crying and barking.
