When you first call Charlie he answers immediately, give you a quote very soon but then everything goes wrong with him. After you give him the initial payment he takes weeks or months before he complete the job if he does. Doesn't show up, never answer the phone or return calls. I don't know how he do his math because he tries to charge more than what he quote. After several months he actually never finished the job and we had to find someone else to do it. Very unreliable. He submitted a quote to me that was very expensive. I did not choose to employ him, but he submitted the quote to Angie’s list as a bill to be paid. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with this fraudulent bill. He will not return my calls or text

I would NOT recommend Charlie to perform any work. He does not show up when he gives a commitment, his work performance is unreliable, he doesn't return calls, he tries to bill more than his quote, and he is completely undependable. He is not a person of his word.

Find someone else to do your sprinkler system. This guy is super unreliable. Took 3 weeks to finally do the job, then wanted more than what he quoted me, then guaranteed he’d fill in all the ditches from lines going in with soil to level the yard back out. Also included 1 closing and 1 opening with the deal. After I paid him, I got the closing but my yard was left with ditch lines all over it and he never came to open it this spring after repeated requests (at least 10 conversations about it).
