Office staff of Chang-Wen Chen, MD always courteous and helpful scheduling appointments. The nurse is skilled with ability to throughly communicate my needs to have scheduled Dr. Appointment. This enables the Dr. more time to examine and assess my medical needs. Ten years+ I have the upmost confidence in the Primary Care Dr and Staff and appreciate the professionalism of entire staff.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR FAA MEDICALS! I attempted to get a 1st class medical. I was told that my EKG was good and everything check out. The doctor comes in and says that the (FAA) has deferred my medical for further review. I ask the nurse later what is the problem? She said the (FAA) made the decision to defer my medical, but she can't say what the issue is with my health. WHAT? I call the FAA and I ask why the referral? They tell me that the (AME) deferred my medical. This is contrary to what the doctor and nurse said to me. I ... read more
Do not go to for FAA.
Cant even get in contact w a person there. They don't want to be bothered. Impossible. Can't even leave a message - no answering machine or service. Crazy!
