Pilots beware: called on 9/30 at 11:03am for a First Class medical appointment. Lady on the phone told me I could come in at 2pm on 10/1. Showed up for my appointment at 2pm and the nurses looked at me like a deer in headlights. They lost my appointment and by 2pm on a Wednesday, the doctor is already at home. I highly recommend finding another doctor for medical appointments.
I’ve been a patient at Dr. Chen’s practice since I was 15—I'm now 27—and in all those years, I’ve only seen Dr. Chen once. Unfortunately, that one visit left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. He seemed irritated the entire time, dismissed my concerns, and did nothing beyond ordering a pregnancy test.
