I always have great experiences at Concord Dental. As a fearful patient who has needed a lot of treatments, I absolutely love this office.
Staff was very friendly. Hygienist listened to me, did not seem rushed. Dentist & Heather explained to me upcoming dental work in detail.
From the moment I stepped into the waiting room until the moment I left, I was treated like royalty. They held the door open and led me to my special room. All my questions were answered with genuine concern and throughout my entire appointment I did not feel I was being rushed. I was continuously complimented about my efforts in caring for my teeth. It was a total positive experience. What a kind and gentle office staff! Thank you Concord Dental!

At last week's visit I was very pleased with their safety protocols. I called them when I was on the parking lot and they met me at the door (we both had our masks on) where they took my temperature. They are keeping the waiting room empty so we did not have to pass any other patients. I was immediately escorted to Jennifer's work area where I washed my hands and rinsed my mouth with an antiseptic. The hygienist was thorough and friendly.
