Stay far away from this place. Rude associate. They lost my $200 Jacket. Concord Cleaner on 400 Capital Circle SE, TLH. Fl 32301---Rude associate mislabled my clothes. She kept popping gum in my face while I tried to talk to her. She said they gave my clothes to another customer. She kept pulling clothes from the back asking me if this is mine? Steer Clear I dropped off a dress shirt and paid $3 to have it pressed full of wrinkles. the lady at the front was rude and obviously did not care to try and help me at all. I would definitely say that you get what you pay for with these people
rude employees I went in to inquire about a special they had in their window on wedding dress preservation. They first told me they don't do it and walked away and left me standing at the counter! She went in the back and came out with a sheet she threw at me which was for an outside company they ship the dress to. I tired to ask another question and she cut me off saying she didn't know and the flyer was all she had. Needless to say, I left and never went back with any of my garments.
