Being new to the Grand Rapids area, I needed to establish relationships with new doctors. I was thrilled to become a patient of Dr. Lara Baatenburg! She has referred me to other health care specialists, all of whom have been excellent. Dr. Lara spent 90 minutes with me at our inital meeting. Complete focus on her patient! She is a quick study and a very caring doctor.
I've been looking to find a medical home for years, and I'm so delighted to have found one with Concierge Medicine of West Michigan. By far the best place to go for personalized care. The compassion that Concierge puts into their patients along with making sure that all needs are met. I would recommend coming here tenfold for any of your health needs. They sit down and talk you through everything, really taking the time to make sure you feel safe and cared for. Its very personal and never rushed. I appreciate everything they have done for me from the front office to the very well trained physicians!
Dr. Lara is amazing. It’s so refreshing to have proactive healthcare. Instead of waiting for a heart attack or diabetes to be a “wake up call”, we meet regularly to discuss my health and how to achieve my goals. Without insurance controlling every dynamic, there’s so much more space for authentic connection. Best of all? She’s not drowning in patients.
