So disappointed in the months wasted hoping to get support for an injury with this office. 2 denied MRI requests because their call center in Philippines cannot coordinate with the doctor’s office to get insurance the documentation they require. After contacting their third party call service frequently for help about the denials, I was told I had to wait longer for another appointment only for the nurse practitioner to be surprised I didn’t get the MRI yet.
