Where do I begin? I have been traveling to The Florida Keys for many years. I have booked many homes during these times, some good, some bad but never have I ever felt AT HOME! From my initial booking (with many many questions) Conch Collection was patient and understanding to my wants and needs providing me with details, photos, additional videos of my unit etc to make sure I was happy with my choice. This is just truthful Account of an episode dealing with Conch Collection, you be the judge. We booked and paid for house on Summerland Key in Florida on 12/30/23 for 2/09/2024 thru 2/16/2024, it was a waterfront house with a fishing pier that had a lot of natural wildlife activity which my wife and I enjoy. We flew from Austin, TX to Miami and drove to Summerland Key on 2/10/2024 at 9.00 PM to find it already occupied by renters. We determined we were the victims of a double booking. Conch Collection properties have been outstanding on each our stays over the last two seasons. Clean, safe and so convenient for the entire stay in Key West, we will not take chances with any other group again. These properties are the best money spent knowing you will get what you pay for every time!
This is hands down one of the best experiences I have had traveling anywhere. The owners, whom you deal with directly, are responsive and professional from the start. I have used them three times myself and have referred them to friends and family, all with rave reviews. If you are heading to Key West or the nearby keys, there is no reason to take a chance with anyone else. Conch Collection for life!
