The Concept2 ERG Rower is excellent, top quality; the exact single piece of gym equipment that I had hoped to find for whole-body workout and strength training.And, the delivery packaging was the best I have ever seen. I have been research rowing machines. I saw on Concept2's website that its rower only has a two year warranty. I e-mailed Concept2 saying its rower should last longer than only 2 years. Concept2's response asked if I was asking about the warranty and then said there is a two-year warranty. Obviously, I already know that, since I said that in my original e-mail. -_-If they are charging $1,000 for something, they need to have confidence it will last longer than 2 years. I won't be a Concept2 customer.

I’ve been using a Model D for 8 years at the gym and the pandemic moved things forward for us, by getting one for home. We did our first session this morning and it is by far the best decision we’ve made in regards to home training. Complete workout from a very well built machine. Sturdy, easy to stow away and a quick set-up out of the box. Simply amazing. My other takeaway is that you are truly dealing with people people, having their hearts set towards their customers.
