I’ve been using a Model D for 8 years at the gym and the pandemic moved things forward for us, by getting one for home. We did our first session this morning and it is by far the best decision we’ve made in regards to home training. Complete workout from a very well built machine. Sturdy, easy to stow away and a quick set-up out of the box. Simply amazing. My other takeaway is that you are truly dealing with people people, having their hearts set towards their customers. OMG! IIn 1984 I strarted selling Concept2's in Ireland for a Fitness Equipment Company I owned. They were great then. The new Model D I just got, right before they suspended production because of Covid19, is a fantastic machine, light years ahead of the older model B's. I am so LUCKY! What is really wonderful is the phone app that syncs with the PM 5 display. You get a log of every workout. I will be getting a online training partner soon. Best customer service. Every time I call or email they take care of me. Just changed out the sprocket, chain, and cable on my old girl. She is like new again. Love that you can buy a product and maintain it for years (inexpensively) We live in a disposable society but NOT Concept2 rowers.
