It’s a great place to live, especially after the remodel. Upkeep is done regularly and any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. I was sorry to see the maintenance man leave, he was a very helpful man and very friendly. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a very safe place to live. The appliances are new and energy efficient so the utilities are affordable, a person on a fixed income can actually afford to keep their place cool in the summer.

The maintenance man has redone the parking places twice now and still can't seem to put them in the right order. Just go check it out you will see. And the maintenance man spends the majority of his time in a certain woman's apartment man she must really break alot of things and he has been seen giving her rides all hours of the day. Well I guess the management is ok but I feel like they are being a little prejudice here or she would see to it that the maintenance man was doing his job. The place it's self is not bad what makes it bad is the management and certain select tenets are allowed to bully other people. Manager allowed "her" tenets to get away with every thing from drug's to theft. We have been sited for some unknown reason after we have went through the correct steps to move.
