The Hygienist did a good job on my cleaning and all the assistants are very helpful. Would recommend this dental office for adults and kids.
The front desk old lady is super rude, I would not refer this location to anyone with children on the spectrum they deny you service and are not willing to try once more, they send you directly to a surgeon to put our babies to sleep for dental work even tho I advised them I have worked very hard at home to teach my kids how to brush there teeth and be comfortable, the front desk old lady Ning says no without asking the dentist first. Don’t settle our kids deserve the best and also secondary opportunities.
I had an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized experience at Concept Dental. After waiting weeks for a root canal approval, I had to call them myself to find out it had been approved—they never bothered to notify me. When I expressed frustration and mentioned seeking care elsewhere due to their total lack of communication, the staff became hostile and literally hung up on me. Very nice and friendly staff,I hadn't been to a dentist in a good long time,they made me feel welcomed,and comfortable,I did wait prior to coming in for a bit,but once I got in there,they were really nice.i would refer a friend to come here.They cleaned and filled my teeth just like I had asked them to,then they recommended that I come back for a deeper cleaning, again they were really nice,I don't know why I haven't come back as of yet, getting over my dental fears I guess.But now it's time I set up another appointment and ... read more
