Very nice and friendly staff,I hadn't been to a dentist in a good long time,they made me feel welcomed,and comfortable,I did wait prior to coming in for a bit,but once I got in there,they were really nice.i would refer a friend to come here.They cleaned and filled my teeth just like I had asked them to,then they recommended that I come back for a deeper cleaning, again they were really nice,I don't know why I haven't come back as of yet, getting over my dental fears I guess.But now it's time I set up another appointment and ... read more
Hands down the best dental appointment I have ever been to. The receptionist, Nhi, is kind and welcoming. The office is clean and tidy. And my favorite part is Dr. Dao (gotta love the alliteration 😊) gives the best dental advice I have ever heard. She was very attentive during the examination of my teeth and she asked questions to further grasp what other tips she can give to better improve my oral health. Impossible to make an appointment. Doesn't answer phone or return emails. Tried for ONE MONTH to make an appointment here and was hung up on and ignored. Discriminates against MediCal patients. Very unprofessional business.
DO NOT GO HERE! PAM is NIGHTMARE AND they will be losing myself and the family members I recommend to go here as patients. I recently missed an appointment due to several personal reasons. The day of Pam (the woman who usually makes the calls) called me and scolded me for missing my appointment. I literally cried after getting off the phone.
