The best of the best! I have only been to this salon once, but I had a fantastic experience. Great haircut from a very friendly stylist, plus a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Not cheap, but not any more expensive than you would expect from an upscale salon.
Fantastic! I visit this salon to see Oksana. She is a hairstylist. My hair never looked so beautifull in life! Thanks God, now I found my perfect hairstylist. She is an artist!!! Not a hairdresser! Never in my life I felt so confident and got so many compliment from people. I really felt like a superstar!
I love it! I really really like this place. I moved here in June and had put off getting a hair cut b/c I was too scared. I have tons of long hair that is pretty wavy. I had a couple of people recommend this place to me so I figured I'd give it a try. I was pretty happy with the cut, happy with the new and improved waves! Highly recommend this place Galina is indeed good at her craft. I went in for a brazillian wax and she was quick and efficient. I am not going to lie, of course it hurts, it's a brazillian wax for goodness sake, but Galina was able to make the pain quick and easy. unlike what others have said here, she was very pleasent and friendly. Not the overly friendly kind, but just pleasent enough. Highly recommend this place if you need a quick and good wax.
Concept Day Spa Concept is a very professional day spa. The people are courteous and friendly. The facilities are very clean. Appointments are always honored with no errors. They also have special offers, for example, 10 manicures get 1 free. Coffee and sometimes wine are available.
You won't be disappointed I am so, so picky about my hair, especially my color. Oksana is the best colorist i have ever had, and she is a wonderful stylist, too. The salon is great, good products and nice receptionists. But it's really all about Oksana. Trust me. You won't be disappointed...
Oksana does Good job!!!! FINALLY I've found a salon and stylist that I am planning on sticking with. I've been through 3 salons, one of which is horrible, the other 2 of which are inconsistent. In any case, my hair highlights have been a disaster ever since last June. Finally, today, after nearly a year of awful color, I went to Osana at Consept...she really knows what she is doing. She is very friendly and conscientious. Everyone around me at the salon seemed very friendly.

The Best Spa in Brooklyn Aksana Revtovich is a fantastic stylist. She is a wonderful colorist, and can give you a great haircut, too. Shis warm personality and great sense of humor makes a visit to the Concept Day Spa even more special. I love everyone here, from the owner to the stylists to the reception staff to Concept Day Spa in Brooklyn. The place is beautiful and relaxing, and I always leave looking great!
