4 Star : Likely to Recommend Their work is great. Communucation with AAA not so much. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service I'm rating them at a good 8 for their work. Concept did a great job. Just initially, too many miscommunications between AAA & them regarding estimate. Which made me wait longer for my vehicle to be fixed & completed. Not to take away any effort from Concept's work. They did a great job and were quick to make it right!
