0 Star : My Experience I am now being ignored. A clip is still missing on the bumper I had you replace. Eloy told me he would call when the missing clip came in. It’s been at least two weeks now, no call. Eloy also said Concept would paint a small strip above my hatchback. After being reminded, the painting was not done. He also informed me that the large Under Cover on my vehicle is broken. I called yesterday to let Eloy know I now have the very large Under Cover and it is taking up my entire back seat.
