I went into concentra with a on the job injury, I had cut my hand pretty good with a box cutter, right when I walked in the nurse behind the counter jumped out of her chair to help me. My hand at that point really wasn't bleeding but it looked pretty bad and she took a no noncience approach to it, so I was cared for right away with no waiting at all.
